Creative Retreat
Arty Thursday Escape (10-weeks)
£950
Unwind and Escape
Take time out from your busy schedule and feed your soul with nature and creativity every Thursday.
Come and join us in our bespoke classroom, set within the mature gardens and grounds of historic Gossington Hall.
Each week we will be spending time in the studio completing creative tasks, as well as outside (weather permitting) exploring the gardens, researching creative projects with drawing, and photography, and, if it’s your thing, joining in simple mindfulness techniques such as grounding, forest bathing, breathwork and basic yoga.
Playful Creativity
Creativity happens when we connect to the inner child and allow ourselves to play. Putting logic to one side in a safe and supportive environment with like-minded people feeds the soul and produces imaginative outcomes that surprise and delight. Modern life, with its hectic pace, can leave little time for self-reflection and artistic growth.
We will provide you with fun, creative projects and all the materials that you need to help you engage with your own magical ability to be creative.
There is no experience required. This fun, easy-going course is all about the process, but you learn lots of interesting art techniques too.
Nature Inspired
Here at Caroline Tatham Art, nature underpins everything that we do. Caroline has created the gardens over the last 15 years and loves sharing them with like-minded people. Each day we will be venturing out (weather permitting) to get inspired by drawing, photographing and just experiencing the beautiful garden.
There will be an optional opportunity each day to undertake a mindfulness technique in the garden, or, if you prefer, just take time out with a cup of tea and a beautiful view. Meet Milo and Lottie, our resident chihuahua “therapy dogs” and head of garden tours.
